Faq’s

  • Does your company do personal pick up from home? Yes! We do pick up if you are local in the State of California. If you are interested, make sure to let us know and make sure to include your address in a written email to us.
  • What are your prices? Our prices are reasonable and are based on items that are listed for sell and condition, so give us a email to further discuss prices arrangements.
  • What do we do If I see a card for sale on your website, but not listed in your eBay listing? No worries, sometimes eBay doesn’t list all available items for some odd reason at times, so please feel free to email us in regards to a item your looking for.

Refund policy

All sales of cards, boxes and gift cards are final and cannot be returned.

For other items, such as supplies and merch, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the item as well as all packaging the item arrived in.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
