This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to solohype.com, and Solohype (“Company”) and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include solohype.com. The Company’s website is a e- commerce site. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
All products are shipped within 2-5 business days through USPS. Higher valued cards will require a signature. Solohype is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in shipment.  Please contact us if you would like to insure your package and we will get you a quote for insurance. Solohype is also not responsible for “perceived”  value of card. We can only go by what the hobby box sells for and what the break spot costs.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Condition of cards 
Solohype makes no promises of condition of cards that come out of packs and or buyback. Trading cards can have flaws, dinged corners, whiting, print lines and more. These come out of the pack this way. Cards are handled multiple times by athletes and or manufactures. Buyback products that are not graded can have flaws and we do not guarantee any grade and or condition.


Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered, the Company may collect personally identifiable information.
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. Right to Deletion
